I am Rachel Wells, the Founder and CEO of Rachel Wells Coaching™, a company dedicated to unlocking career and leadership potential for GenZ and millennial professionals. At 19, with £0.00 in my bank account, and within weeks of becoming homeless, I set up a business in an area that I had absolutely no experience or knowledge in.
Within the first 5 months of its start, I multipled my income six times.
I am now an award winning coach, who has progressed to 5 different levels of management, impacting 10,000 clients, around 8 countries, in 4 years.
My clients have consisted of CEOs, CFOs, Operational Directors, Data Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, people who worked at the Home Office, in Intelligence, Software, I.T Developers, trainers, and high profile figures, including those who worked with the Royal Family.
I have directed teams and operations in my previous roles as public sector contract manager, to deliver large-scale national educational, career development, and work-readiness programs across the UK.
What gets me fired up is delivering motivational talks, leadership and career skills masterclasses, corporate training, and workshops at events and in universities.
And yes, I do relax... when I'm not doing all of the exciting things above, I enjoy all things fashion, vegan baking (yes I wanted to set up my own bakery.. who knows I may do that one day!), marathon running, and fine dining.
