First, you complete this form and Rachel will arrange a Zoom call to ensure you feel comfortable working with her. Coaching is a very intimate and personal process, therefore it is of utmost importance that you feel a strong sense of rapport and connection before committing to an entire package of sessions.

Once you have the initial consultation meeting, if you're happy to proceed, you will be provided with a secure payment link and then the sessions will commence. Rachel will work with you to find a time that is flexible enough for your schedule.

Throughout the sessions, Rachel will use the GROW coaching model to challenge your views and fears, provide you with expert advice where appropriate, and empower you to create your own career journey.
